Beautiful, moated house (not open). In summer, roses, herbaceous border and lawns. Moat flanked by water plants. Mature trees. Wild garden, ducks, chickens and fish. Parents with children please note this property is surrounded on all sides by deep water and children must be supervised at all times. NGS Garden. Part wheelchair accessible. Proceeds to the Hospice and Newtimber Church.
Refreshments: Homemade teas available.

Directions: Approach via A23 – 7 miles N of Brighton. From Brighton take the exit onto the A281, signposted Henfield. Go over roundabout and at the first crossroads, (you can turn around at the Poynings roundabout if you miss this crossroads) turn right sign-posted Newtimber. The house is at the end of this lane. BN6 9BU.
