To ensure that the recruitment, training, motivation and supervision of our team of volunteers (currently 240) complements the work of the Trust.

With excellent communication, interpersonal and administrative/IT skills, applicants should have a clear understanding of the work motivation of volunteers. Previous supervisory experience would be an advantage.

To take responsibility for the development of corporate donor recruitment and retention, endeavouring to increase financial commitment by donations, sponsorship, covenants and tax efficient ways of giving. To raise awareness of the tax benefits of legacy donations and increase this area of income generation.

Full time, part time or bank. Alternate Saturday nighs also available.
