An experienced specialist
clinical team provides palliative care, with pain and symptom relief
around the clock. The aim is to enable the patient to live to their
full potential, even when illness cannot be cured.
Each person receives an individual assessment and a plan of care
is developed based on their needs. Care encompasses medical and
specialist nursing care, symptom control, counselling and mobility
management.
Set in 28 acres of beautiful, tranquil countryside, St Peter and
St James enjoys unparalleled views across the South Downs. The unit
is built at ground level which ensures excellent wheelchair access
to all facilities.
