Interviews

The interview panel will consist of two or three people who will ask a number of predetermined questions. There may also be supplementary questions based on the information you have given us in your application or the answers you give.

This is your opportunity to show the panel how well you meet the requirements of the post. It is also your opportunity to establish whether the job is what you had envisaged. There will be an opportunity for you to ask questions about the job, conditions of service or anything else relating to the Trust.

Records of panel assessments of each candidate will be kept to demonstrate that their decisions are sound.
